Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) – $21.89/hour RCAs deliver mail and packages in rural and suburban areas. This role typically requires availability up to six days a week and is a strong entry point for those interested in a long-term USPS career.
Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC) – $21.89/hour ARCs primarily deliver packages on Sundays and holidays. The position is part-time, ideal for those with another job or seeking extra income, and supports one of USPS’s fastest-growing services—package delivery.
Holiday Clerk Assistant (HCA) – $21.44/hour HCAs are hired as temporary seasonal support during the holiday period. The role performs a variety of distribution, sales, and customer support duties for postal products and services at a local post office.
