Following the success of their previous pop-ups, U.S. World Chocolate Master and Netflix star Christophe Rull is once again teaming up with Michelin-trained chocolatier Annaluna Karkar for a special Chocolat Noir pop-up on October 28 from 10am to 5pm at Christophe Rull Patisserie in the North City district in San Marcos.
To celebrate National Chocolate Day, the Halloween-themed event will feature an assortment of handcrafted confections from both chocolatiers, including chocolate owls, filled tablets, bars, baklava and chocolate stems, along with new creations like the PB Caramel Cloud.
Guests can also put their chocolate knowledge to the test with a mystery tasting and showpiece challenge:
- Mystery Chocolat: Taste a mystery chocolate and guess the flavor for a chance to win a box of Christophe Rull Patisserie pastries.
- Chocolate Showpiece Challenge: Christophe will create a special Halloween chocolate showpiece, with the guest who comes closest to guessing its weight taking it home.
The pop up will offer a rare opportunity to experience the work of two Michelin-trained chocolate artisans at the top of their craft!
