VISTA, CA — The Amigos De Vista Lions Club and Alta Vista Botanical Gardens will host the 12th annual Novemberfest in the Gardens from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, 1270 Brengle Terrace Drive, Vista.
The four-hour outdoor event will feature unlimited tastings of craft beer, mead and wine from local breweries, wineries and mead makers. The afternoon will also include live music to groove to by 80’s Resurrection, along with food vendors, craft vendors, free photobooth, and a raffle.
Guests are encouraged to dress in 80s attire in keeping with this year’s theme. A special raffle will be held for attendees who come dressed in their favorite ’80s-inspired outfits.
Novemberfest serves as a fundraiser for both Alta Vista Botanical Gardens and the Amigos De Vista Lions Club. 100% of event proceeds will support the two organizations. Funds raised for the Gardens help cover utilities, maintenance and ongoing improvements, as well as efforts to expand and preserve the Gardens for future generations. The Lions Club uses its portion to support charitable programs and community donations.
The event is open to guests 21 and older. Children and dogs are not permitted.
