Avo Playhouse 303 Main Street, Vista  The AVO Playhouse is a 382 seat auditorium with an elevated stage,  located on downtown Vista’s historic Mainstreet.

Broadway Theatre  131 Main Street, Vista

Off Broadway Theater  340 E Broadway  -The Off Broadway Theater is an intimate 40-seat venue, which produces exclusively children’s shows, throughout most of the year.

Moonlight Amphitheatre   1200 Vale Terrace Drive in Vista. The Moonlight Amphitheatre is an outdoor theatre which overlooks Brengle Terrace Park The venue has nearly 900 permanent seats with lawn seating for about 1,200.

Alta Vista Botanical was named to reflect the wonderful view that our site offers its visitors. These Gardens harmoniously incorporate education, nature and art. Finally, the Gardens serve as a meeting space for nearby nature enthusiasts, hosting morning meditative yoga on a weekly basis, as well as culinary, gardening, and sculpture classes. Garden Open Daily 7:00-5:00 Monday-Friday; 10- 5 on weekends. Admission is $2 for non-members; admission is Free with Membership.

A living snapshot of agricultural and mechanical inventiveness, the museum is an activity and historical learning center focused on early American farm life.

Fashioned after the grand, old Hollywood movie palaces, the theatre is a beautifully built 15 auditorium complex, with stadium seating.

    Wow… I am truly impressed with “The Vista Press”, you have so much information in one place for people to view for local activities and local news. Love the calendar… easy to find out what is going on around north county.

    I’ve been out of the area for one year… and it is nice to be able to keep up with my old stomping grounds!
